Interior/Exterior Painting
We use only
the best people, best products, and best procedures when
painting either the interior or exterior of your home.
There are specific procedures for each that are followed
on every job to make sure that the end product will be
of the highest quality.
Interior Painting…depending on the circumstances, new
construction such as finished basements, room additions
or just re-painting existing walls/trim we may use different
methods. With new construction, we will normally fill,
sand and spray all trim and woodwork (one coat primer,
two coats finish) giving it a seamless, very high quality
finish. If re-painting existing trim, we will clean and
prep all woodwork, then brush and roll. Walls will also
be primed and painted two coats or if same color in existing
work, one coat finish.
Exterior Painting…In every case, we start with a thorough
power washing of all area's being painted. The next step
is to scrape and prep surfaces as needed. We then caulk
all seams, windows, doors, trim, etc. We use either Superpaint
(20 yr. warranty) or Duration (30 year warranty). We can
paint in temperatures of 35 degrees and rising.
We use Sherwin Williams paint products. Sherwin Williams also offers free of charge an in house consultant to help with design/colors. |
