such a great job enclosing our loft into a 4th bedroom. Quite
frankly, we were worried that it would be noticeable that it
used to be a loft, but you can not even tell. Shortly after
the work you did we sold our home. We are convinced that you
adding the room was the reason our house sold so quickly.

please thank your crew for us. They were timely and very respectful
of our home. The cleaned up daily and even vacuumed before they
left.

Thanks so much for working with us so quickly when we had
a water issue from our master bathroom that created issues not
only in that room, but the bath next to ours and the downstairs
den. (So much for just having you finish the shower in the ¾
bath in the basement that we originally spoke with you about!)
It was a hard time to deal with house issues with the illness
of my mother-in-law, not to mention the approaching Thanksgiving
holiday with company coming, (and the den furniture all in the
dining room). It was great that you were so quick to fit us
in to try to get the baths up and running and the den ceiling
finished so that we could get the den back together and have
the dining room for family meals.
We appreciated having you connect with the mold specialists,
Prism, to come and tear things out and check on possible mold.
We were relieved that while we did have some rotted floor boards,
baseboards and dry wall, there was not a real mold issue. When
they traced the water issue we found that we could at least
use the master bath except for the shower, until we have that
torn out and all replaced. I know you tried hard to get the
other upstairs bath done for company, but with the timing so
close to the holidays I was thankful you got the sub floor and
concrete backer board down so that bathroom was usable for the
small boys staying in the room. Open holes in floors and small
boys do not mix! The new tile that I picked out looks great
on the bathroom floor and I appreciated the fact that they came
and finished up right after the holiday so that project was
completed in such a timely manner.
The basement shower also looks good-so nice to finally have
that finished for company overflow. We also appreciated the
guys putting up the copper glazed tile around the dry sink that
we hadn't gotten to in a year. (We always think we can do more
than we can. I am glad with the specialty of the copper glaze
that in the end we used professionals to install it instead
of trying it ourselves.)

I wanted to thank you once again for the recent work you have performed at my house. My wife and I are very pleased with the results.
The splash you made for the kitchen counter looks like it has been there all along and not a recent addition. The attention to detail you paid in matching the stain color to our cabinetry is very evident. Although we were not able to match the laminate of the splash to our countertops, the choice you made is so good that it is very difficult to tell the difference. Moving the breakfast bar from the foot of the “L” to the leg of the “L’ went without a hitch. The molding looks great and the bar itself is very sturdy.
Finally getting out bathroom pocket door fixed has been a real blessing. I was ready to knock holes in drywall to fix it myself. I am glad that my wife insisted that I call you to perform the repair. Not only is the door staying on the track, but I believe the double wheeled rollers that you put it on makes a stronger slide in the process. When you were finished with the repair, I was very grateful as to how you cleaned up after yourself.
I have no problem recommending you to friends and family based on the quality of work that you do.

In late September I was in need of a contractor to do a partial
tear down and rebuild of a million dollar property in the Central
Ohio area. This was a $35,000+ project. This project consisted
of wood flooring replacement, new drywall, carpet, paint, electrical,
